All in all, a pleasant and comfortable stay.☺This flat is in a good location and comfortable, with a lovely swimming pool and lounge area available to guests. There is also some comfortable outdoor furniture on the flat’s terrace. Check-in was straightforward and we were able to park on the nearby streets most of the time during our stay in late May. The area is quiet, although there are a range of different places to eat and drink within easy walking distance.

Menorca is brilliant☺Spectacular location, with the pool and the sea right in front, and a beach club and restaurants next door. Wonderful sunsets

☺The flat is in a great location in a beautiful area. It’s well laid out and practical.

☹The bins hadn’t been emptied when we arrived and it could have done with a good hoover. (Hair in the bathroom, dust bunnies under the beds...)
The earth leakage circuit breaker trips regularly when we switch on the water heater. The manager says the electrician has checked it and that everything is working, whilst casting doubt on our comments. (Even regarding cleanliness...). In short, be prepared to keep unplugging and plugging the water heater back in if you want hot water. It would have been nicer to have someone to speak to who could arrange for someone to come round, rather than having to send photos to complain to the service provider about the cleaning. The attitude isn’t good. All the more so as a tripped RCD poses a safety risk… We sent them footage of the RCD tripping, but we’ve had no further news or apologies….

Great☺ The accommodation is very spacious and bright. It looks just like the photos.

☹ Everything was great. As a suggestion, I’d add some shower gel and shampoo to the bathroom, as we were staying for three days with just a small rucksack and hadn’t brought any with us.

Great flat in a fantastic location; unfortunately, communication with the hosts wasn’t always clear.☺Great location, just a few minutes from the waterfront. No trouble finding a parking space on the street.
The flat is very spacious and modernly furnished, with a huge balcony on two sides. The bedrooms are cool but still modernly furnished and have separate air-conditioning units. I found the beds comfortable.

☹Some kitchen utensils are a bit outdated; the coating on the pans is peeling off badly.
Communication before the stay was, unfortunately, extremely confusing! Countless WhatsApp messages, some of them duplicates, with confusing instructions and notes. 
Please note: the tourist tax must be paid online in advance. However, this is significantly lower in the off-season than in the peak season. We were initially asked to pay the peak-season rate (we were there in the off-season); following a query, the amount was then corrected.

The flat was clean and well-equipped. Thanks to a very detailed description, the flat was easy to find. The flat may be a little noisy. We could often hear the neighbours above us. The air conditioning worked perfectly. Thanks to its ideal location in Cala Radjada, everything is within walking distance. The shower was absolutely brilliant. I decided on this accommodation on the spur of the moment and was able to check in less than two hours later. Communication was very straightforward (the German and Spanish translations worked very well). On the day of my departure, I was also allowed to check out later by arrangement, which made my departure much easier. I’d love to come back!
