Some comfortable outdoor furniture is also available on the terrace of the apartment. Check in was easy and it was possible to park on the nearby streets most of the time during our stay in late May. lieu magnifique. Il est bien agenc\u00e9 et fonctionnel.&#10;&#10;\u2639Les poubelles n \u00e9taient pas videes \u00e0  notre arriv\u00e9e et un bon coup d aspirateur aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire. (Cheveux salle de bains, moutons sous les lits...)&#10;Le diff\u00e9rentiel saute r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement lorsque l on met le chauffe eau. Le gestionnaire dit que l \u00e9lectricien a v\u00e9rifi\u00e9 et que tout fonctionne en mettant en doute nos remarques. (M\u00eame sur la propret\u00e9...). Bref pr\u00e9voyez de jongler r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec la prise du chauffe eau si vous voulez avoir de l eau chaude.  Il aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 plus agr\u00e9able d avoir un interlocuteur qui refait passer une personne au lieu de demander des photos pour se plaindre aupr\u00e8s du prestataire concernant le  nettoyage. L \u00e9tat d esprit n est pas bon. Zahllose WhatsApp Nachrichten, teilweise doppelt, mit verwirrenden Anweisungen und Hinweisen. &#10;Aufpassen: die Kurtaxe wird vorher online bezahlt. Diese ist in der Nebensaison aber deutlich! geringer als in der Hauptsaison. In Cala Radjada ist durch die ideale Lage alles fussl\u00e4uf\u00edg zu erreichen.Die Dusch war ein absoluter Traum. Die Kommunikation lief sehr unkompliziert (deutsche und spanische \u00dcbersetzung funktionierte sehr gut). An meinem Abreisetag durfte ich zudem nach Absprache sp\u00e4ter auschecken, was mir meine Abreise deutlich erleichterte. Diese ist in der Nebensaison aber deutlich! geringer als in der Hauptsaison.
